The Seven Course Sessions
The seven course sessions by Leslie are streamable and/or downloadable audio recordings. Each session includes a transcript and home practices. There are six guided meditations.

Building Your Light
Light contains all of the wisdom and intelligence in existence. To go beyond our limited perception of ourselves, it’s essential to care for our light bodies and store a great deal of energy. In this session, you´ll receive comprehensive, practical tools for how to protect, build and store your light and energy.
Awareness Expansion
If we want to awaken and move into oneness, we have to stretch the thresholds of our personal identity and allow our awareness to expand. In this session, Leslie guides us to recognize and overcome the fear that might stop us. This session will deepen your trust in the process of expansion and show you how to surf the waves of change into a new and more unified reality.
Waking the Heart
Love in our world is dualistic and polarized, and the average person loves in a very limited way. But at some level of our beingness, we’re capable of knowing the infinite Heart. In this session you´ll receive practical guidance for overcoming your patterns of separation and realizing that You Are Love.
The New Paradigm
Before entering enlightenment, an intermediate stage of the spiritual journey is moving out of worldly limitations into a New Paradigm of the Heart. Here you discover you are not separate, you are connected to the transcendent nature of your being, and you can directly access divine guidance to run your life. Leslie offers a roadmap to help you navigate this passage more easily.
Discernment, Seeing and Mysticism
When you begin to see the world from the point of view of energy, you’re beginning to perceive a more integral, connected and flowing reality—much more alive. The Mystic sees through the illusion of the material world and into a deeper perception of reality. In this session Leslie guides you to discover your larger Self, beyond conditioned ways of seeing.
Spiritual Alignment
That which we seek has always been inside of us. An essential part of the journey is shifting our attention or intention from things like worldly success and focusing more on our relationship with the Divine. In this session, Leslie guides you to find your spiritual alignment, understanding that when you find the Source inside, you can access it outside as well.
Meditation and Samadhi
Meditation opens doorways that lead to the riches of higher consciousness. The intention is that ultimately you become so connected with the Source within you that you channel it through your awareness, through your body, in everything you do, all the time. This state, known as samadhi, is a precursor to Enlightenment. In this session Leslie guides you to connect more deeply with the Source within.

Now fully retired, Leslie became a teacher of enlightenment in 1988.
