We are delighted that you are making a purchase of our "For the Love of Animals” course.

Our materials, events and courses are sold with the understanding that CoreLight.org, Leslie Temple-Thurston, Brad Laughlin, Anna Breytenbach and CoreLight.org contracted staff are not engaged in medical, health, financial or any other kind of professional services. Our materials, events and courses are not considered therapy or a replacement for therapy. It is your responsibility to consult a competent professional. We specifically disclaim all responsibility for any liability, loss, or risk, personal or otherwise, which is incurred as a consequence, directly or indirectly, from the use and application of any of the contents of our materials or from participation in our events and courses. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, are we liable for any damages or perceived damages derived from the use of our materials and/or involvement in our events and/or courses.

One of the highest spiritual principles is that we each are responsible for our decisions and actions in life and for the consequences. By using our materials and participating in our events and courses, you agree not to hold us accountable for how you choose to apply the contents, nor for the resulting experiences.

All content included on this site and within the “For the Love of Animals” course, such as art, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Corelight.org. The non-profit organization for CoreLight.org is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

3. License to Use Downloaded or Streamed Audio and Video:

When you download or stream audio or video content (“Content”) made available by CoreLight.org, either for free or for a fee, CoreLight.org grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download or stream such Content to your computer and/or your personal listening or viewing device(s) solely for your personal non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or distribute or use Content in any other manner. You shall not sell, transfer, lease, modify, create derivative work from, distribute or publicly perform the Content in any manner and you shall not exploit it commercially. 4. Learning Management System (LMS):

“For the Love of Animals” is a distance-learning course that will be a mix of pre-recorded videos with additional material to be downloaded by the participant. The course materials will be uploaded to the Learning Management System (LMS) and will be available to you on the LMS for 183 days (six months) from the date of your purchase.

We will provide basic technical assistance with account or payment issues but are unable to offer in-depth technical support.

5. Electronic Communications:

When you send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will not lend or sell your email address to any other organization. If you use any outbound email link or form facility provided by this site, you do so with the understanding that there is No Guarantee of Service as this service is only provided as a convenience for site visitors. You agree not to use this service in a way that: is harmful to us or to any users of CoreLight.org; impairs our ability to do business in any way; modifies or reroutes the service, automatically accesses or uses the service or the information within it; or interferes with anyone’s use and enjoyment of the service.

6. Directions for Download Purchases:

You will receive an email with a link to the download. Bigger downloads may be delivered in ZIP folders. You will need to decompress (un-zip) these files to access the MP3 files.

You are responsible for downloading, keeping and backing up your purchased material which is downloadable. Download products are non-refundable. 

Apple Mobile products (iPhone, iPad, iPod, Watch, iOS device…)
Apple Software Restrictions on iOS (not computers) do not allow for direct downloads. You must first download the files to a Mac or PC then add them to iTunes to sync to your iPhone/iPad. You may want to create a playlist/album in your music management program to put files in the order you want to hear them played.

Because there are many different kinds of computers, mobile devices, software, operating systems and so forth in the marketplace today, we are sorry that we are unable to provide personalized technical support to get your purchases to your devices.

7. Privacy:

Collection of your Personal Information:

As an E-commerce website, CoreLight.org collects personal information. Information collected by CoreLight.org is used solely for the purpose of billing and shipping your online purchases. CoreLight.org does not collect any information about your computer hardware and software.

Cookies are stored to get statistics on our website, shopping and events. Data we collect:

Billing address (street, city, postal code, country, state)

Purchases

Date of purchase

Log of downloaded files (audio, ebook, course material, software, IP address, date)

CoreLight.org encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from CoreLight.org so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the CoreLight.org website.

Use of your Personal Information:

CoreLight.org and its operational service partners collect and use your personal information to process product orders and deliver the products requested. It is possible that CoreLight.org may also use personal information to inform you of other products or services available from CoreLight.org and its affiliates.

CoreLight.org does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. CoreLight.org may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. Your Account: If you use Corelight.org, courses, or any other CoreLight.org website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Web Security: CoreLight.org uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This enables us to encrypt the personal and financial information you provide us when you order online. All information provided by you is secured and maintained confidentially. Payment Information we collect—credit card numbers, expiration dates and security codes—during financial transactions on our sites are not stored on our servers. We pass this information in encrypted format directly to the payment gateway/processor.

8. Applicable Law:

By visiting any CoreLight.org website, you agree that the laws of the state of New Mexico, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the CoreLight.org websites.
